Automatic Sucker+Automatic Presser for Scrap Operation:
A. When production containers Turn ON of Auto Sucker, the Sucker's motor power is 3kw, the foil scrap will be pushed by Sucker to inside of Auto Presser Unit. Max. thickness fit 0.2mm.
B. The Presser have many photoelectric eyes to check under PLC program control. When the Presser container enough full, the Presser will work, hydraulic pressure system will pack the scrap, when scrap enough big height, automatic push the Aluminum Foli Mass out of Presser. Before the scrap full, the presser is not working.
