SEAS-80T adopts higher precision customized H-Type Eight-Face Guide Rail Mechanical Press. Mainly use for Wrinkle Wall Container production. The software and hardware of the whole production line adopt Mechatronics design, which is beautiful and generous. The whole automatic production line is mainly composed of Feeder, Press, Stacker and Scrap System unites. The electrical control system of the whole production line is divided into two parts: the integrated electrical control cabinet of three units of Feeder, Press and Scrap System adopts independent system design, which is safe and anti-interference. The touch screen is hung on the left side of the Press, which is convenient for operation and does not occupy space; The electrical cabinet of the Stacker is installed on one side of the Stacker to independently control all parameter settings and operation. The PLC program logic of the whole production line is perfectly matched, which greatly improves the Production Efficiency of the whole machine and the Rationality of Program Control logic, and is more smart humanized.

Aluminum Foil Feeding adopts Servo System: Perfect performance for aluminum foil materials with different thickness and big width to complete feeding quickly and higher accurately. The curve output torque makes the aluminum foil stable without shaking.
Press lubricating oil control system
Press Adopted Automatic Circulation Lubrication System: the progressive lubricating oil distributor is equipped with Lubrication Fault Detection Switch to ensure sufficient and uniform lubrication , avoid damage the guide rail during oil-free operation.
Inlet solenoid valve
The Highly Sensitive and Reliable Italian OMPI Dry Clutch and Japanese TACO Double Solenoid Valve are adopted to ensure the accuracy and safety of timely stop of the sliding block of the Press.

1: Warranty for machines and moulds?
A: We gurantee a period of 24 months from the date of machine & mould installation and setting to work.
2.Q: What about leadtime ?
A: Normally the leadtime is 60days after we receive the deposit and confirm the details. All the press machines we use is the best quality in China Yangli brand. The press machine leadtime from Yangli is 50days, the best leadtime we can give is 60days.
3.Q: What's the lead time for moulds?
A: Normally the mould leadtime is 45 days after we confirm all the details with customer. Our professional mechanical enginners from Austria will design the mould according to the samples from customer, or by the specifications offered by customers.
4.Q:What kinds of mould you can make? and what is your strong point for the moulds?
A: we can make wrinkle wall mould and smooth wall mould both. For wrinkle wall mould we can make, 7-9" pan, fish pan, bbq pan. For smooth wall mould we can make muffin cup, and cake cup, tar cup,etc. We can also make 2 or 3 and 4 compartment conatiner moulds as long as you offer us sample or specifications.

6:How to install machine and train our staff on our factory?
